Gov. Gavin Newsom delivered his first “State of the State” address to Californian's on Tuesday. Affordable housing, wildfires and PGE’s bankruptcy were several of the concerns brought up. Reporter Adia White followed up with California’s district three Senator Bill Dodd to learn more about what he thought of the address and how his plans for the year fit in with Newsom’s priorities.
